The fruiting body is the actual mushroom — the cap and stem. Many brands use mycelium grown on grain, which can contain starch filler. PsyKey uses only the whole fruiting body. Always.

PsyKey is pre-ground and works with any standard brewing method — drip coffee maker, pour-over, French press or AeroPress. Use 2 tablespoons per 250 mL (about 8 oz) of hot water and adjust to taste.
